Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep in Houston territory for insulation and building materials distribution. Build strong relationships, manage territory, prospect and independently grow sales with uncapped earnings. Responsibilities include maintaining dealer orders, presenting and negotiating, and traveling up to 75% with possible overnight stays. Safety-sensitive role with physical requirements and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Includes base plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive TopBuild corporate environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
- General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science a plus
- Comprehension of construction drawings
