Job Summary
Outside Sales Rep to manage an insulation/building-materials territory around Austin, driving uncapped earnings by growing sales and promoting the brand. Build strong customer relationships, independently manage existing accounts and prospect new ones, and excel in presentation, negotiation, and communications. Requires strong knowledge of the construction/insulation industry, ability to review dealer orders, and review system-generated acknowledgements. Travel up to 75% across a 250-mile radius, with physical demands including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
- General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus
- Comprehension of construction drawings
