Job Summary
As an insulation installer, you will install insulation materials (fiberglass or rock wool batts) for exterior walls and ceilings. Responsibilities include loading and logging materials, erecting scaffolding or ladders, cutting insulation materials to size, and installing them using various methods such as stapling or operating equipment for injection. Physical demands include lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and enduring extreme temperatures. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using standard hand tools
- Able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
- Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Able to bend, twist, and turn the body at the shoulders, waist, and knees
- Able to stand for extended periods

- Installation experience is a plus
