Job Summary
As an insulation installer, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials such as fiberglass or rock wool in various locations including exterior walls and ceilings. Your duties will include loading materials, erecting scaffolding or ladders, cutting insulation, and observing safety rules. Physical requirements include lifting at least 50lbs, working in tight spaces, using standard hand tools, and maintaining a valid driver's license. The role may involve driving a company vehicle while adhering to all driving regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Able to work in tight spaces including attics and crawlspaces
- Able to bend, twist, and turn the body at the shoulders, waist, and knees
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Installation experience is a plus
- Comfortable using standard hand tools
