INSTRUTOR(A) OPERACIONAL (MONTES CLAROS)

Conduct operational and leadership training for employees across diverse services using Personal techniques, methods, norms, and procedures. Develop operational staff through technical training by creating materials, applying assessments, and providing feedback. Support training management by controlling documents such as attendance lists, evaluations, and reports to identify improvements. Monitor the performance of new hires and course participants through field observation or immediate leader oversight. Provide screen monitoring and on-site orientation for the team. Requires Electrical Engineering or Automation technical background, energy sector experience, and a valid B license. Full-time commercial hours from Monday to Friday.
