Job Summary
Instrumentation Technician provides maintenance instrumentation support to ensure reliable monitoring and control of water/wastewater processes. Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair process instrumentation (pressure/level/flow/analytical); perform loop checks and I/O verification (4–20 mA, HART, Modbus); update calibration certificates and loop drawings; coordinate with electricians/SCADA teams; follow NFPA 70E and LOTO; document work in CMMS and maintain spare parts inventory. Requires 3+ years industrial instrumentation experience with water/wastewater preferred; ability to read P&IDs/schematics; strong safety record; valid driver’s license; education/certs: technical certificate or associate’s preferred; equivalent experience considered.
