Job Summary
Oversee branch operations for Instrumentation field staff in Peace River, including scheduling, staffing, efficiency, and inventory management. Provide leadership, technical support, and direction to crews while conducting site visits twice monthly to review safety practices and work standards. Develop business strategies to improve branch performance, monitor KPIs and financial targets, and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage recruitment, hiring, and performance management to maintain optimal staffing levels and foster a strong team culture. Build relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service that exceeds expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyperson Instrument Technician certification (Red Seal or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years in a management or senior supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation industry practices and operations
- Proven leadership ability with strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Experience in budgeting, project management, and operational oversight
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the region as required
