Job Summary
Instrumentation/Electrical Technician responsible for repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical power and control systems at a cement plant. Responsibilities include troubleshooting instrumentation circuits, motor control circuits up to 13.8 kV, low and medium voltage drives, analyzers, calibration and schematic interpretation, PLC usage for troubleshooting, cable routing/splicing/terminating, basic mechanical tasks, walk-by inspections, and maintaining documentation. Collaborates with contractor personnel, participates in training programs, and upholds health, safety and environmental policies; offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years technical college in a related subject preferred
- 2-4 years industrial experience
- General knowledge of electrical theory including electrical safety theory
- Ability to operate electrical test equipment
- Adherence to PPE and safety protocols
