Job Summary
Instrumentation & Electrical Technician for upstream oil and gas with a hands-on focus across instrumentation, electrical, automation, and control systems. Responsibilities include preventative and corrective maintenance on instrumentation, electrical, automation, and control systems; troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, RTUs, SCADA, analyzers, and process control equipment; calibrating instrumentation and measurement devices; reading electrical drawings, P&IDs, control schematics, and loop diagrams; documenting maintenance and system modifications; ensuring work safety per standards; and collaborating with operations, engineering, and supervisors to improve system reliability and performance.

- Journeyman Electrician certification
- Totalflow
- Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Modicon PLCs
- Scadapack
- Maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Repair and configuration of automation and control systems.
- Experience supporting upstream oil and gas operations.
