Job Summary
Instrumentation & Data Systems Capability Integration Manager role across Boeing's BT&E, based in Seattle or other listed U.S. locations, focusing on strategy, workforce development, enterprise engagement, and capability integration within I&DS. Lead a team, build stakeholder partnerships, develop capability engagement frameworks, drive training initiatives, and shape technology roadmaps and capital project portfolios. Requires a BS in a related engineering/technical field, 1+ year in a leadership role or completion of Boeing’s Exploring Leadership, and 5+ years in engineering roles within lab/flight test environments; travel domestically and internationally is required; role is hybrid with majority onsite at listed locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- at least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of Boeing internal leadership course
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering related role in lab test/flight test or similar environment
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
