Job Summary
This is a 6+ month contract role for an Instrumentation & Automation Technician specializing in pharmaceutical utilities, requiring hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of critical systems in a GMP-regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or military training in Instrumentation, Automation, Electronics, or similar field.
- 3+ years of experience working with instrumentation and controls in industrial, utilities, manufacturing, or energy environments.
- Strong hands-on experience calibrating flow, pressure, temperature, level, analytical, and environmental monitoring instrumentation.
- Ability to read/interpret P&IDs, loop sheets, wiring diagrams, and automation schematics.
- Experience troubleshooting PLC/DCS control systems (Allen-Bradley, DeltaV, etc.).
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech, or other regulated industries preferred.
