Job Summary
Check production, electrical, and supporting machines daily for abnormal conditions, report issues immediately, and perform preventive maintenance and condition monitoring per established procedures. Execute change or modification tasks, including power tool installation, control panel fabrication, and electrical appliance repairs as agreed with users and superiors. Conduct functional testing and simulation of electric machines, control circuits, alarms, and interlock systems to ensure safe and correct operation. Maintain all work equipment, workplace cleanliness, and safety regulations while recording actual electricity usage and daily activities in quality record forms. Respond to troubleshooting or emergency calls at any time, coordinate irregularities with the electrical foreman, and implement quality management systems including ISO and OHSAS standards.
Required Qualifications
- willing to respond to emergency calls from the factory after hours or even holidays if required
- willing to assist mechanical work if requested and have free time
- willing to attend training related to the engineering and safety of the entire plant instructed to it
- willing to participate in the improvement and development program in its part
- willing to maintain and keep the discipline of work and safety regulation run with full awareness
- willing to run the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP)
- willing to maintain and keep the rules of the company and its obligations can be run with full awareness in line with the rights received by subordinates
