Job Summary
Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and emergency shutdown systems while laying, measuring, bending, cutting, and fitting hard pipe systems. Fabricate and install tubing trays, single-line groups, and fittings, including the demolition of existing equipment. Read construction drawings and apply knowledge of American Petroleum Institute standards and control logic. Perform all tasks with minimal supervision while recognizing and avoiding safety hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry and American Petroleum Institute standards
- Able to read relevant construction drawings
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic control logic
- Proficient in the use of tools of the trade
- Able to recognize and avoid safety hazards and dangers
