Perform biological, chemical, and mechanical monitoring to ensure sterilization standards are met and maintain accurate sterilization logs. Prepare surgical trays for Mohs procedures and dermatologic surgeries, monitor instrument inventory, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sterilization area while following OSHA, CDC, infection prevention, and safety guidelines. Assist with room turnover and support the clinical team as needed.
