Job Summary
Specify, design, install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation systems for measuring and controlling industrial processes. Perform onsite and workshop calibrations for flow, level, pressure, and temperature instruments. Conduct loop checking, troubleshooting, and control system card adjustments while handling control and shut-off valves. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, prepare spare part lists, and report issues to supervisors. Read P&ID and technical drawings, use standard tools safely, and comply with all safety rules and regulations. Ready for emergency and shutdown work at any time. Support other sections with control system equipment and maintain proper housekeeping after job completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum +10 years' experience of a refinery maintenance
- Excellent Command of oral and written English Language
- Strong understanding of measurement and control principles
- Knowledge of automation and process control systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Familiarity with industry codes, practices, and regulations
- Competence in calibration and testing of instruments
- Skilled in identifying and resolving technical issues
- Awareness of safety systems and risk assessment processes
- Proficiency in using engineering design and documentation tools
- Experience with maintenance and asset management systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams
