Instructors-Grp Exercise - Pilates Instructor

Lead energizing, fun, safe, and educational group Pilates classes directed by the supervisor to support the YMCA mission. Ask and answer participant questions regarding health and well-being goals while maintaining current wellness knowledge. Build authentic relationships with members and facilitate connections within the class. Observe and adjust instruction to accommodate varied health, ability, and cultural needs, celebrating individual achievements. Keep accurate attendance records and follow policies while responding to emergency situations. Requires national certification in group fitness instruction or YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise, CPR/First Aid/AED, and at least one year of teaching experience.
