Instructor

Assist adults with disabilities in daily activities, offer instruction in life skills, arts, or technology, and monitor their rights, health, and safety. Create schedules, design educational or recreational activities, conduct workshops, and provide input on individual service plans. Advocate for students' rights, help them develop self-advocacy skills, and provide necessary physical support or personal care. Maintain professional relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders while attending training to improve performance. This role requires patience, creativity, and the ability to remain calm in crisis situations, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment for those served.
