Job Summary
Instructor Specialist role delivering high-impact virtual leadership and communication training for employees of a US-based logistics company. This delivery-focused learning partner position emphasizes conceptualizing delivery approaches, advising on program structure, engaging with senior client audiences, conducting needs analysis, driving continuous improvement, maintaining customer relationships, and leveraging pre-built curriculum with design support. Required capabilities include extensive experience in leadership/communication training, LDP frameworks, virtual facilitation, and the ability to scale training programs from pilot to enterprise levels, with a focus on meeting US client needs and operating within a Learning-as-a-Service style model.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 11 years of experience (as stated under Qualifications)
- 5-10 years of proven experience delivering leadership and communication training
- Minimum ONE recognized LDP certification (MBTI-trained facilitator, Hogan certified, DDI trained, CliftonStrengths certified, Five Behaviors facilitator, or equivalent)
- Experience with logistics-specific leadership challenges and pilot-to-enterprise scaling of training programs
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and needs analysis, translate insights into delivery design
- Proficiency with virtual delivery, time-zone flexibility, and learning technology
Desired Qualifications
