Job Summary
Deliver structured, engaging instructor-led learning sessions (virtual and in-person) across geographies and time zones while applying adult learning principles to support knowledge retention and transfer. Create inclusive environments that promote psychological safety, monitor learner cues to adapt delivery in real time, and interpret feedback and data to continuously improve facilitation quality. Collaborate with content and operations teams to share insights for program enhancements and participate in peer reviews to maintain excellence. Facilitate sessions using interactive tools like digital whiteboards and Mentimeter to meet diverse learner needs and cultural contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Relevant years of experience facilitating adult learning in a professional setting
- Exposure to delivering training for global and culturally diverse audiences
- Subject matter knowledge and facilitation experience in one or more of the following areas: [e.g., leadership, communication, domain/functional skills, etc.]
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across varied learner groups
- Adaptive, reflective, and learner-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with learning teams while managing independent delivery responsibilities
- Awareness of cultural nuances and sensitivity when delivering to global audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions using a range of interactive tools (e.g., Mentimeter, MURAL, digital whiteboards)
- Understanding of adult learning theory and techniques for reinforcing learning
- Familiarity with interpreting learner data and feedback to enhance delivery quality
