Job Summary
Deliver course material and develop professional development training in both in-person and online learning environments. Collaborate with course directors and the Office of the Dean to provide instructional support, curriculum assistance, and student mentorship. Maintain current subject matter expertise, conduct faculty evaluations, and assist with student and instructor testing activities. Serve as Course Director when assigned, manage classroom setup and equipment testing, and support curriculum updates and special projects. Ensure compliance with institutional and accrediting standards while attending required meetings. Work collaboratively with instructors and staff to resolve student concerns and maintain course materials.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience and/or experience supporting a formal education program
- Experience as a qualified DoD instructor or the ability to attain instructor qualification, including completion of the Basic Instructor Course and formal internship requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including: MS Windows, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, MS Teams, MS Planner, MS Power BI, Microsoft Forms
- Ability to maintain a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Air Force Medical Service leadership at the flight level or above and/or relevant clinical experience
- Current or previous qualification as a Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) instructor
- Master Instructor certification and/or 250+ teaching hours
- Knowledge of Air Force, military, and professional instructional standards and procedures
