Job Summary
Deliver safety, compliance, and procedural training to frontline employees in the airport/aviation environment, including initial, recurrent, and on-the-job training. Maintain training records, support internal and external audits, update training materials and SOPs, conduct audits and assessments for safety and operational procedures, and collaborate with regulatory authorities and local airport officials. Travel up to 10% and work with local station management to support training initiatives and compliance goals. Fluent English required; ability to work independently and manage priorities with strong leadership and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in airport/aviation environments
- Familiarity with safety procedures, operational workflows, and equipment handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal effectiveness
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities under minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in training or adult education (preferred)
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards (e.g., TSA, OSHA) (preferred)
- Familiarity with SOPs and training documentation (preferred)
- Proficiency with training systems or digital tools (preferred)
