Instructor | Senior Analyst

Senior Instructor Specialist at Accenture responsible for instructional design and delivering training across topics; responsibilities include facilitating instructor-led training, creating training resources, developing exams and certifications, and evaluating training ROI. Duties include conducting training for new and experienced employees; assisting in creating eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications; performing needs analysis and recommending learning interventions; establishing feedback loops between learning and leadership; creating and scheduling classes; maintaining an enthusiastic work culture; advising managers on employee development; building relationships with managers and employees; recommending improvements to training sessions; escalating business-risk issues; administering courses and surveys via the Learning Management System (LMS) and generating training reports. Qualifications include 1+ years in talent development and facilitation, 1+ years in cloud/tech, 2+ years in inside sales or sales training, and English proficiency at C1; High School Degree preferred.
