Job Summary
Deliver structured, engaging instructor-led learning sessions (virtual and in-person) across geographies and time zones while applying adult learning principles to support knowledge retention and transfer. Create inclusive environments that promote participation and psychological safety, monitoring learner cues to adapt delivery in real time. Interpret feedback, attendance, and learning data to continuously improve facilitation approach and session quality, then share insights with learning and content teams to inform program design enhancements. Participate in peer reviews, calibration sessions, and knowledge sharing forums to maintain facilitation excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience facilitating adult learning in a professional setting
- Exposure to delivering training for global and culturally diverse audiences
- Subject matter knowledge and facilitation experience in one or more of the following areas: [e.g., leadership, communication, domain/functional skills, etc.]
Desired Qualifications
- Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions using a range of interactive tools (e.g., Mentimeter, MURAL, digital whiteboards)
- Understanding of adult learning theory and techniques for reinforcing learning
- Familiarity with interpreting learner data and feedback to enhance delivery quality
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across varied learner groups
- Adaptive, reflective, and learner-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with learning teams while managing independent delivery responsibilities
- Awareness of cultural nuances and sensitivity when delivering to global audiences
