Instructor or Open Rank Professor of Business

Open-rank faculty position in Business at Mount Marty University seeking a candidate to teach the breadth of courses in the program (Marketing or Finance) at 12 credit hours per semester, coordinate scheduling through the Registrar, provide academic advising, participate in program assessment, and collaborate with other Business Department faculty. Candidates should be able to teach additional offerings such as Economics, Operations Management, Information Systems, and Human Resource Management as needed. Two profile paths: A) Ph.D. in Business Administration or related field with teaching experience and evidence of scholarly activity (ABD considered if doctoral requirements are met by Fall 2026); B) significant industry experience in Marketing or Finance with an MBA or related Master’s degree. The ideal candidate will be committed to Mount Marty University’s Catholic Benedictine mission and liberal arts tradition. Review begins immediately; position begins August 2026.
