Job Summary

Deliver TC3 training across four tiers, instruct 68W Combat Medic and CLS sustainment courses, and operate high-fidelity simulation systems in classroom, laboratory, and field environments. Apply moulage techniques, manage equipment maintenance, and support a projected minimum throughput of 2,500 students annually. Maintain current medical certifications, document incidents, and contribute to quality control activities while ensuring compliance with medical proponent standards. Full-time role Monday through Friday, 0800-1700 local time, with potential overtime and weekend hours during surge operations.

Required Qualifications

Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate
Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must be eligible for and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) — requires minimum Tier 1 (T1) investigation

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout training environments for extended periods (8+ hours)
Ability to lift and carry medical training equipment up to 50 lbs
Ability to kneel, crouch, and work at ground level during field training exercises
Ability to work in outdoor field environments in varying weather conditions
Ability to apply moulage and operate patient simulators requiring manual dexterity
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Experience reviewing documents, maintaining electronic files, and managing spreadsheets, tracking logs, suspense actions, or similar records
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and standard office equipment
Strong organizational, data-entry, written communication, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and customer-service skills
Ability to manage multiple records and deadlines and communicate professionally with military, civilian, medical, recruiting, and contractor personnel
Ability to learn Government information systems and Army applicant-processing procedures
Experience supervising training or instructional staff
Proficiency in conflict resolution and team management
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to resolve administrative and minor performance issues
Experience overseeing adherence to training standards, security protocols, and classroom requirements
