• •Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
• •Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
• •Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP)
• •Basic Life Support (BLS)
• •Must be eligible for and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) — requires minimum Tier 1 (T1) investigation

• •Experience reviewing documents, maintaining electronic files, and managing spreadsheets, tracking logs, suspense actions, or similar records
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and standard office equipment
• •Strong organizational, data-entry, written communication, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and customer-service skills
• •Ability to manage multiple records and deadlines and communicate professionally with military, civilian, medical, recruiting, and contractor personnel
• •Ability to learn Government information systems and Army applicant-processing procedures
• •Must maintain current medical certifications
• •Must maintain all certifications current throughout the contract — no lapsed credentials

• •Must be able to instruct mixed populations of Soldiers — both inexperienced and seasoned — in class sizes directed by the medical proponent
