Job Summary
Deliver TC3 training across four tiers for Soldiers and non-medical personnel in classroom, laboratory, and field environments. Operate high-fidelity simulation systems, apply moulage techniques, and assess student skills under realistic conditions. Maintain instructor-to-student ratios per directives, manage consumable inventory, and perform preventive maintenance on patient simulators. Document incidents, contribute to monthly staffing reports, and ensure all training content and certifications comply with medical proponent standards. Support a projected throughput of 2,500 students annually across multiple sites. Full-time role Monday through Friday with potential overtime during surge operations. Located at Fort Dix, NJ, with possible assignments to other MSTC sites. Requires current medical certifications, military or licensed clinical background, and proficiency in scenario-based medical training execution.
Required Qualifications
- Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate
- Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
- Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
- Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout training environments for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Ability to lift and carry medical training equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to kneel, crouch, and work at ground level during field training exercises
- Ability to work in outdoor field environments in varying weather conditions
- Ability to apply moulage and operate patient simulators requiring manual dexterity
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Experience supervising training or instructional staff
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and team management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple records and deadlines and communicate professionally with military, civilian, medical, recruiting, and contractor personnel
- Ability to learn Government information systems and Army applicant-processing procedures
- Must be eligible for and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) — requires minimum Tier 1 (T1) investigation
- All Native Group on-boarding LMS
- Complete Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness Training within 30 calendar days
- Complete iWatch Training within 30 calendar days
- Complete Level 1 OPSEC Training within 30 calendar days of reporting for duty, with annual refresher
- Register in Army Training Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) and complete DoD Cybersecurity training annually
- Complete annual SHARP (Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention) training
- Comply with all CUI handling requirements per DODI 5200.48
- Comply with HAZMAT management requirements per applicable OSHA, EPA, and military regulations
- Complete and certify IAW TC8-800 within 30 days of starting
- Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate; Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above; Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above; Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
- Experience reviewing documents, maintaining electronic files, and managing spreadsheets, tracking logs, suspense actions, or similar records
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and standard office equipment
- Strong organizational, data-entry, written communication, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and customer-service skills
- Ability to learn Government information systems and Army applicant-processing procedures
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Experience supervising training or instructional staff
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and team management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Resolve administrative and minor performance issues
- Ensure timely completion of reports, rosters, and deliverables
- Experience overseeing adherence to training standards, security protocols, and classroom requirements
- Must be eligible for and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) — requires minimum Tier 1 (T1) investigation

- Complete and certify IAW TC8-800 within 30 days of starting
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in MSTC operations, high-fidelity medical simulation, TC3 instruction, 68W sustainment training, moulage, equipment maintenance, and training documentation
- Candidate should be capable of instructing mixed-experience military populations in classroom, laboratory, and field environments while maintaining compliance with medical proponent standards, contract requirements, and certification obligations
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
- Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) provider or instructor certification
- Experience with medical simulation TADSS (e.g., SimMan 3G, MTC2, Cut Suit)
- Prior MSTC or medical simulation training center experience
- Experience with moulage techniques and theatrical special effects for high-fidelity scenarios
- Familiarity with TC 8-800 tables and Deployed Medicine curriculum
