Job Summary

Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers, instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS training, and conduct high-fidelity scenario-based medical training in classroom, laboratory, and field environments. Operate MSTC systems, apply moulage techniques, and maintain proper instructor-to-student ratios while supporting a projected minimum throughput of 2,500 students annually. Perform operator-level preventive maintenance on patient simulators, manage consumable inventory, and document training records, accidents, and after-action reviews. Maintain current medical certifications and complete annual recertification, ensuring all training content adheres to approved medical proponent standards. Full-time Monday through Friday with potential overtime during surge operations; located in Bluffdale, Utah, with possible site assignments across CONUS and OCONUS.

Required Qualifications

  • Must meet ONE of the following: Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate
  • Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
  • Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
  • National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) at the EMT level or higher
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Must be eligible for and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) — requires minimum Tier 1 (T1) investigation

  • Complete Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness Training within 30 calendar days

  • Register in Army Training Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) and complete DoD Cybersecurity training annually
  • Complete annual SHARP (Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention) training
  • Comply with All Native Group on-boarding LMS
  • OCONUS positions: Complete AOR-specific AT Awareness Training per AR 525-13
  • Comply with all CUI handling requirements per DODI 5200.48
  • Comply with HAZMAT management requirements per applicable OSHA, EPA, and military regulations
  • Complete and certify IAW TC8-800 within 30 days of starting
