Job Summary

Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers, including 68W Combat Medic sustainment and CLS instruction, in classroom, laboratory, and field environments while maintaining proper instructor-to-student ratios. Operate MSTC systems, configure realistic scenarios using moulage and theatrical effects, and assess students using grading sheets under high-fidelity simulated conditions. Perform operator-level preventive maintenance on patient simulators and manikins, manage consumable inventory, and document accidents, incidents, and training records. Contribute to monthly staffing reports and ensure all certifications remain current throughout the contract. This full-time role at FT Dix, NJ, supports a projected throughput of 2,500 students annually with potential for overtime and weekend work during surge operations.

Required Qualifications

Former 68W or 18D Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Advanced Leader Course (ALC) Graduate
Former Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 8404 or Navy Independent Duty Corpsman, E-6 or above
Former Air Force 4NOX1 or Aerospace Medical Service (4NOX1), E-6 or above
Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) at the EMT level or higher
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout training environments for extended periods (8+ hours)
Ability to lift and carry medical training equipment up to 50 lbs
Ability to kneel, crouch, and work at ground level during field training exercises
Ability to work in outdoor field environments in varying weather conditions
Ability to apply moulage and operate patient simulators requiring manual dexterity
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Experience supervising training or instructional staff
Proficiency in conflict resolution and team management
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple records and deadlines and communicate professionally with military, civilian, medical, recruiting, and contractor personnel
Ability to learn Government information systems and Army applicant-processing procedures
Must be eligible for and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) — requires minimum Tier 1 (T1) investigation

Complete Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness Training within 30 calendar days
Complete iWatch Training within 30 calendar days
Complete Level 1 OPSEC Training within 30 calendar days of reporting for duty, with annual refresher
Register in Army Training Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) and complete DoD Cybersecurity training annually
Complete annual SHARP (Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention) training
Comply with all CUI handling requirements per DODI 5200.48
Comply with HAZMAT management requirements per applicable OSHA, EPA, and military regulations
Complete and certify IAW TC8-800 within 30 days of starting
