Job Summary
Deliver training and support simulations by assisting instructors and team leads in classroom and field-based medical instruction. Operate and maintain simulation and medical training equipment while validating trainee skills in emergency medicine and combat casualty care scenarios. Actively demonstrate, perform, and execute all aspects of medical training, including performance evaluation and real-time scenario execution. Ensure compliance with all training, safety, and equipment standards while lifting, carrying, and maneuvering simulated casualties weighing 150+ lbs. Support warfighter readiness and Army modernization within a high-impact, performance-based training environment that mirrors battlefield realities.
Required Qualifications
- NREMT certified and current EMT
- BLS certification
- Successful annual completion of TC 8-800
- Must be able to pass a federal government background check
- Requires ongoing credential maintenance as defined by contract and regulatory guidelines
- Candidates may be required to meet additional site-specific requirements or obtain security clearances in accordance with contract terms and Army regulations
- Lift, carry, drag, and maneuver simulated casualties (150+ lbs)
- Perform repetitive physical tasks in high-tempo environments
- Demonstrate medical procedures under realistic conditions
- Stand and instruct for extended periods
- Operate in classroom, lab, and field environments
Desired Qualifications
- Military or civilian medical experience preferred
- Military medical background
