• •maintain at least three days a week availability for 3-4 hours shifts
• •complete 10 Mathnasium modules
• •complete accompanying assignments
• •complete 10 hours of instruction practice shifts

• •Actively encourage, motivate, and engage with students during the instructional session
• •Evaluate and document student progress

• •Communicate student needs to center leadership and to instructional staff in a team-teaching environment
• •Assist in non-teaching tasks, which may include cleaning, administrative assistance, curriculum preparation, or other duties as assigned

• •Be reliable by showing up on time and following through on your commitments
• •Maintain availability during hours of operation and periodically for special events and staff meetings
