Job Summary
Deliver mathematical instruction to students using the Mathnasium method while building confidence and self-esteem through individualized interactions. Move between concurrent lessons to facilitate learning, evaluate progress, and provide constructive feedback using positive reinforcement. Manage student behavior, maintain a safe environment, and assist with administrative tasks, cleaning, and curriculum preparation. Complete required training modules and practice shifts within one month of hiring. Maintain at least three days a week for 3-4 hour shifts while representing the center professionally to parents and staff.

- Teach using Mathnasium methodology and terminology
