Job Summary
Teach up to 27.5 hours weekly, delivering lectures and facilitating Project-Based Learning on topics including Social and Sales Network Communications, Selling Strategies, Product Innovation, and Personal Branding. Prepare lesson plans for each session, assist students in the learning process, and evaluate progress through various assessment tools. Organize and lead field outings once per module while providing academic advising to ensure student growth and retention. Keep necessary records to report Satisfactory Academic Progress to the Academic Dean/Program Manager and attend quarterly in-service meetings and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration with emphasis/concentration on marketing, advertising, public relations or a closely related field
- If the degree is not in business administration or a directly related field, at least two years of related work experience
- Evidence of specialized training related to the field and industry
