Job Summary
Part-time instructor/facilitator to supervise flight-simulator stations, guide students through aviation lessons, and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment for ages 7–16. Responsibilities include setting up/shutting down simulators, troubleshooting basic software issues, taking attendance and tracking progress, pacing lessons, and communicating with parents. Ideal candidate enjoys working with kids, technology, and explaining concepts clearly. Paid onboarding and training provided; potential for additional hours and advancement within the center. Location: Redondo Beach, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with children (ages 7–16) in any setting (education, tutoring, camps, coaching, STEM programs, etc.)
- Comfortable using computers, software, and basic technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, reliable, and professional
- Ability to stand, move around the classroom, and assist multiple students at once
