Instructor – Hospitality Program

Job Summary
Teach up to 27.5 hours weekly by delivering lectures and facilitating project-based learning on courses such as Fundamentals of Hospitality Leadership and Managing Guest Experience. Prepare lesson plans for each session, organize and lead field outings once per module, and actively contribute to program improvement through committee involvement. Evaluate student progress using various assessment tools, assist students in the learning process, and provide academic advising to ensure growth and retention. Keep necessary records to report Satisfactory Academic Progress to the Academic Dean/Program Manager. Attend quarterly campus-wide in-service meetings and professional development activities to stay informed on teaching advancements. Work normal office conditions with 2 days remote and 3 days on-site per quarter.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field
- If the degree is not in hospitality or a directly related field, candidates with at least two years of related work experience
- If the degree is not in hospitality or a directly related field, evidence of specialized training related to the field and industry
