Job Summary
Facilitate daily program operations through Aspire curriculum implementation and structured activities, developing lesson plans aligned with participant goals. Assess new and current participants to determine appropriate placement, then manage a caseload of up to 10 individuals by monitoring progress and adjusting instruction. Provide career exploration coaching, reinforce content through hands-on skill application, and implement individualized behavioral and developmental supports. Transition between virtual and in-person instruction using appropriate technology while maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams. Collect and interpret participant data to inform instruction and ensure compliance with regulatory entities. Travel to job sites and community locations as required to support participant engagement and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Social Services, Education, Social Work, or other relevant field
- 1 years of experience
- Masters degree in Social Services, Education, Social Work, or other relevant field
- Experience teaching, tutoring, or facilitating instruction
- Database and/or case management software to track participant and program progress
- Student teaching and practicum experiences
- Valid driver's license
- Active insurance policy
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- National Criminal Background check
- Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI Fingerprints Clearance
- PATCH clearance
- Travel to job sites and other locations in the community
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching Certificate
- Experience with curriculum in programing, job readiness, or workforce development areas
- Prior experience in locating community and social services for at-risk, vulnerable adult populations
