Job Summary
Lead a hybrid training course focused on automated systems through engaging instruction and hands-on training. Responsibilities include curriculum delivery on electrical circuits, hydraulics, control systems, and mechanical troubleshooting, along with monitoring learner progress and maintaining training records. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a teaching or mentoring role, and be adept with tools for diagnosing and troubleshooting automation systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in electrical, electronics, control systems, industrial automation, mechanical maintenance, or related technical field.
- Prior instructional, facilitation, or mentoring experience preferred (corporate training, adult education, or technical instruction).
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, troubleshooting electrical systems, automation systems, sensors and actuators, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components and equipment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to hybrid teaching formats and support learners at varying skill levels.
Desired Qualifications
- Technical certifications in automation, robotics, or maintenance (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens, FANUC, PLC, OSHA 10/30, etc.)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas or Blackboard.
- Experience with curriculum delivery in corporate training environments, especially in logistics, manufacturing, or retail operations.
- Understanding of operational structure or experience working with technical teams.
