Job Summary
Develop storyboards and learning content for eLearning, instructor-led, and video-based training assets based on detailed design specifications. Write and edit learning content to support defined objectives, then review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and instructional compliance before submission. Develop virtual learning assets using approved authoring tools and templates, while collaborating with graphics and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions. Revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers, escalating discrepancies when required, and report progress to Instructional Design Leads regularly. Work under moderate supervision with a focus on maintaining consistency across digital and virtual formats.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, learning content development, or a related role
- Graduate in any discipline
- Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time
- Strong content writing and editing skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency
- Ability to work with moderate supervision from Lead or Manager
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Exposure to at least one instructional approach (eLearning, instructor-led, or virtual training)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Learning & Development or training environment
- Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Cognitive Psychology, English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field
- Exposure to authoring tools such as Articulate or Claroflow
- Awareness of learning methodologies such as ADDIE, Gagné, and adult learning principles
