Create lesson plans based on the Experiential Learning Method and research the host community for on-site discussions. Provide instruction for regularly scheduled classes and extra tutoring, while evaluating and grading students with written comments at mid-point and end of program. Initiate, organize, and supervise students during travel, excursions, cultural events, and evening outings. Communicate with the Group Leader regarding student issues or program concerns. Shape and execute the academic curriculum while sharing responsibility for student supervision and mentoring. Join program staff in various locations across Western Europe, Canada, and the United States during July.
