Instructional Tutor, WGHS

Develop lesson plans, facilitate learning with small groups of students demonstrating instructional needs, and evaluate student performance using Missouri Learning Standards for Mathematics and Reading. Diagnose academic concerns, analyze data to monitor progress, and deliver focused interventions while utilizing manipulatives and hands-on activities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to interpret student progress and communicate updates. Participate in job-embedded professional development, including staff meetings, study groups, and demonstration lessons with pre- and post-discussion analysis. Create a research-based program of study conducive to learning appropriate to student maturity and interests.
