Job Summary
Lead the integration of current and emerging digital tools with the Catholic Intellectual Tradition while promoting the ethical use of technology and artificial intelligence. Support teachers in applying Universal Design for Learning principles to instructional design and curate digital resources including websites, tutorials, and interactive tools. Serve as chair of the ITeam advisory committee and collaborate with technology applications teachers to develop curriculum materials. Design and deliver professional development for faculty, evaluate technology applications for student-centered learning, and ensure compliance with copyright and acceptable use policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting
- Demonstrated experience with the effective integration of educational technology in curriculum, instructional design, and assessment
- Experience supporting faculty through coaching, professional learning, or instructional support roles
- Strong understanding of UDL principles and student-centered instructional practices
- Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, or similar platforms) and educational technology tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic school environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
- Experience within a Catholic school environment
