Job Summary
Coach teachers and adult learners in digital and AI literacy skills to facilitate effective integration of instructional technologies across all learning environments. Deliver professional development on computing resources, digital learning services, and learning management systems, making purposeful connections between technology use and student learning outcomes. Mentor educators in integrating interactive presentation tools, digital content creation, cloud-based collaboration, and AI-enabled instructional tools into classroom projects aligned with Washington State and ISTE standards. Partner with site-based teams to develop strategies supporting the School Action Plan and advocate for schools during software and hardware installation. Analyze emerging technology trends to recommend district technology standards for hardware, software, and support structures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in a Pre-K–12 classroom setting
- Experience training adults in topics related to instructional practices
- Experience in curriculum development
- Valid Washington State driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience teaching in a Pre-K–12 classroom setting
- Experience as technology integration specialist
- Experience in a role developing professional learning experiences for adults in curriculum, pedagogy, or educational technology
