Job Summary
Implement clinical supervision of instruction and deliver targeted teaching while leading leadership meetings to disseminate information across departments. Facilitate and organize educational activities, collect KPI data, and support the Professional Learning Community process by communicating relevant information with the Principal. Ensure all students have a Post Secondary Plan with consistent tracking and reporting, and supervise CTE instructors to implement vocational programming aligned with current Career and Technical Education programs. Work within a secure post-adjudication facility serving young women using a trauma-informed, strength-based model.
Required Qualifications
- current and valid State teaching credential
- Administrator Certification or has a professional growth plan with a timeline for completion of the certification
- at least 21 years of age
- pass a criminal background check
- pass a drug screen
- pass a physical
- pass a TB test
- pass a search of the child abuse central registry
