Job Summary

Convert government outcomes into executable courseware, unit plans, training products, scenarios, and remediation pathways. Conduct analytical reviews of existing Program of Instruction materials, lesson plans, exercise scenarios, and evaluation criteria to determine required facilities, equipment, staffing, and safety resources. Connect objectives to resource requirements and maintain synchronized planning assumptions with USAFA stakeholders. Embed assessment instruments within Instructional Unit Plans and use data to inform courseware updates, scenario refinements, and annual program recommendations. Deliver design and digital workflow support via local presence, remote engagement, or travel as mission needs dictate.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 – 8 years' experience as an ISD practitioner
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Training, Instructional Technologies, or a related field
