Job Summary
Construct interactive courses and performance support tools for intelligence analysis by capturing customer training needs with subject matter experts and advising on optimal learning solutions. Design engaging, multimedia training experiences using the ADDIE model while recommending cutting-edge technologies like blended learning to maximize impact. Collaborate with SMEs throughout the process to incorporate feedback, then collect and analyze results using the Kirkpatrick Model to fine-tune materials. Lead by mentoring others and identifying new opportunities to build solutions that transform intelligence analysis through learner-centered design.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities
- Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
