Job Summary

Design documents, prepare storyboards and outlines, and select delivery methods to support human performance and competency testing. Structure practical application exercises as reliable indicators of task mastery and conduct formative and summative evaluations, including pilot studies and associated reviews. Revise training versions based on feedback and data, then develop reports to finalize products. Ensure all work conforms to SOPs, standards, and task order requirements while collaborating effectively with government and contract team members. Complete assigned tasks independently or within a team to oversee successful project completion.

Required Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Instructional Systems, Instructional Systems Technology, Instructional & Performance Technology, or Education (with a concentration in Educational Technology)
  • five years' documented experience in a related field
  • minimum of two years' experience using the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process in the development of courses and training interventions
  • proficiency in using Microsoft Word
  • proficiency in using Outlook
  • proficiency in using Excel
  • proficiency in using PowerPoint
  • proficiency in using computer graphics programs
  • ability to physically observe performance and climb ladders and/or other physical requirements associated with the work environment
  • Successful SSBI background investigation
  • Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours
  • Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
