Job Summary
ISD training assessments for KC-46 MTS; develop and maintain ISD materials for proposals and program execution; create ISD deliverables (Task Lists, Objective Hierarchies, syllabi) and course materials with SME input; produce graphics/media and assessment tools; maintain traceability of ISD documentation; participate in customer interfaces and internal meetings; ensure ISD processes comply with contract and ISD requirements; collaborate with project manager and SMEs to ensure instructional methods align with learning outcomes; drive continual improvement of learning tools and processes; travel as required across assignments; strong background in instructional design within a military/aerospace context; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Instructional System Design or Adult Education/Learning
- Five (5) years of military related experience providing Instructional System Design services, or similar higher education instructional system design environment
- KC-46 or modern military aircraft maintenance training related experience providing Instructional Design Services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, including developing macros and applying formulae for Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritize work requirements with minimal supervision
- Results-oriented approach to performing work
- Strong organizational skills and business acumen
- Ability to deal with ambiguity while remaining customer focused
- Ability to perform data analysis on raw unstructured data
- Security clearance eligibility: DoD Personal Security Clearance
- US citizenship required for DoD contract
