Job Summary
Provide technical support to educators and students in educational institutions; set up and maintain instructional technology and equipment; troubleshoot technical issues and train users on educational tools and software. Assist in developing instructional materials, manage lab inventories and budgets, ensure safety in laboratories, supervise and schedule work/study students, guide students in safe equipment usage, assist instructors with evaluations and demonstrations, and stay current with industry trends. Support computers and related equipment, help students review course material and problem-solve, and foster a supportive learning environment. Oversee hiring and scheduling of work/study students and contribute to a collaborative CNM community focused on Changing Lives, Building Community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of thirty (30) hours of postsecondary course work AND A minimum of nine (9) hours in the specific discipline; content courses must be completed with a grade of B or better
- Lift 50 lbs, Clean Driving Record, CDL License, Forklift knowledge or get Certified within 6 months, OSHA 10 or receive certification within 1 year
