Instructional Support Paraprofessional

Instructional Support Paraprofessional providing student-focused instructional assistance in classrooms and intervention settings. Responsibilities include reinforcing teacher-directed instruction, helping prepare instructional materials and classroom resources, supervising students during activities (including transitions, recess, lunch, field trips, and other events), and collaborating with classroom and special education teachers. Requires supporting accommodations and modifications outlined in student support plans, participating in staff meetings and professional development, and performing duties as assigned (lunch and dismissal duties). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and the ability to work with students of diverse abilities are essential.
