Job Summary
Assist with planning, development, and implementation of instructional, behavioral, and therapeutic activities for students with disabilities; participate as a member of staff teams addressing the educational process; help maintain a conducive classroom environment; support the teacher with classroom activities outside of instruction; demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills; maintain excellent attendance and punctuality; collaborate with parents, staff, students, and the public in a multicultural and multiracial community; contribute to an environment that promotes cultural competence and equitable treatment of district members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 60 credit hours in an accredited university/college or an Associates Degree preferred
